The I-Corps fellowship was created to further increase opportunities for diversity, inclusion and equity on our I-Corps teams and within our cohort. The goal of our fellowship program is to encourage those in under-represented groups to participate in an educational experience where they will learn about innovation and commercialization processes at Rutgers University. Interested parties must apply; those under consideration will be required to have a short phone interview with members of our leadership team. Selected fellows will receive a Fellowship Stipend.
There are 2 types of fellowships available: Fellows will be matched based on skill set and experience:
Team Member: Supporting role on team, willing to learn, assist with customer discovery interviews and I-Corps software platform – Innovation Within, fellows will participate with team on their customer discovery journey.
Cohort and Ecosystem: Supports I-Corps Leadership Team, you will have an opportunity to observe and contribute to cohort activities including digital communications, online event management, website development, or other items that align with your interest and expertise. The Leadership fellow helps increase the profile of I-Corps within the Rutgers community and beyond.Application Process: Applicants must complete a SURVEY. - Startups, Prototype/Product Development
- Resume and/or LinkedIn Profile
Unfortunately, we will not be able to reply to all applicants. If you are considered to meet the requirements of our program, will set up a WebEx meeting to meet you and discuss potential roles within the cohort. Potential Cohort 8 Fellows will be contacted no later than June 25.
