The goal of our fellowship program is to encourage members of under-represented groups to participate in an educational experience where they will learn about innovation and commercialization processes while participating in an I-Corps@Rutgers Cohort.
There are 2 types of fellowships available: Fellows will be matched based on skill set and experience:
Team Member: Supporting role on team, willing to learn, assist with customer discovery interviews, I-Corps software platform, Innovation Within, presentations, etc. Fellows will participate with the team on their customer discovery journey.
Cohort and Ecosystem: Supports I-Corps Leadership Team, will observe and contribute to cohort activities including digital communications, online event management, website development, or other items that align with your interest and expertise. The Cohort fellow helps increase the profile of I-Corps within the Rutgers community and beyond.
Interested parties must apply; those under consideration will have a short phone interview with members of our leadership team. Selected fellows will receive a Fellowship Stipend.
All applicants must complete our online SURVEY.
